Why Philosopher - Statesmen?
"Unless philosophers become kings and kings take to the power and spirit of Philosophy, unless Wisdom and political leadership meet in one man - cities shall never cease from ill nor the human race - Plato, Republic.
Because Philosopher - Statesmen are instruments of the Zeit-Geist, of the Kala Purusha, whose actions are in conformity with Universal Will.
